awful voices= edit your recordings
poor drawings= work on it
unresolved plot= illustrate this through animating use characters some more
awful lip sync= refer to the tutorials on this site, i mean rite here on NG ok
Work on it i know you can do it man i love your animation to an extent 5 out of 10
